Here are the pictures of the Origo stove and gimbals in Into The Blue. We did have to enlarge the cutout for the stove, and put blocks in below to hold the gimbals. You will also see that we have modified one of the pot holders to hold our pressure cooker - it was too high for the regular ones. And the disk on one of the burners is part of our stove top oven. As our formica top was already in bad shape we went to a varnished wooden surface instead, and so far it has held up well. The stove has been installed for four years - the wooden surface for two.

We are of course thinking about making further improvements - while keeping in mind what another cruiser told us: better is the enemy of good.
